Dr Steve Fox
Medical Director
Steve started his clinical journey
as a GP before specialising in endoscopy over 20 years ago.
Now you'll find him in clinic performing high volume endoscopies across the NHS.
Steve leads our clinical development, with his priority being high quality patient care.
He's our resident innovator, with a special interest in therapeutic endoscopy and bowel cancer screening.
Ian Stafford
Director of Governance and Nursing
Ian is an experienced Nurse Director, leading on performance, strategy and integration to improve patient experience.
He's our lead for elective care,
and improvement across clinical areas including theatre efficiency, sustainable implementation and demand / capacity planning.
He'll keep patient safety first on the agenda with high quality governance and continuous improvement as standard across our services.
Matt Marshall

Matt has spent 25 years building
a career in healthcare.
He's here to make sure we delivering effective, robust solutions for our NHS partners.
Matt's all about looking after people - our people, patients and the NHS teams we support.
His goal is to make sure accessible, high quality healthcare is within reach for everyone.
Carlo Melacrinis
Director of Operations

Carlo is our operations and people expert, with years of healthcare experience under his belt.
You'll find him overseeing our day to day operations, ensuring the smooth running of our services.
Carlo leads our clinical recruitment, building lasting relationships with our on site teams.
He's a culture champion, ensuring 1 Clinical is a positive, inclusive place to work.
Emma Marshall
Communications and Engagement Director
Emma's a seasoned healthcare communicator, and the driving force behind our engagement and marketing.
Emma spent 10 years in NHS comms teams, learning her craft and what makes the
NHS tick.
Emma is patient champion and is dedicated to the patient's voice always being heard.
Andy Williams
Chief Technology Officer
Andy brings 25 years experience of developing and delivering health and social care digital solutions.
He's currently an NHS Chief Digital Information Officer and holds nationally recognised leadership roles.
Andy's focus is on system integration to improve workforce and patient experience.
He's here to oversee 1 Clinical's integration with the NHS and to guide our digital journey.
Joseph Bitton
NHS Partnership Director
Joseph is driven by improving access to healthcare for all and brings over 15 years' experience in healthcare and insourcing.
He specialises in relationship building and developing positive partnerships with colleagues across health and care.
He'll be on hand to support our NHS partners to thrive, helping drive forward our services to achieve the very best outcomes
for our NHS partners, their staff and patients.
Kate Eady
Healthcare Advisor
Kate is designer and strategic advisor with over 35 years experience in building and supporting brands.
She has worked predominantly in healthcare and has supported a number of NHS organisations with high profile staff and patient engagement programmes.
She's here to support our growth and service development, with a key focus on engagement
with our staff, clinicians and partners.
